Enrollment is confirmed once full payment has been received.
Payment Options
• Online via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover)
• Company-sponsored participants may request an invoice. Payment in full is required prior to the start of the program.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers
Written cancellation requests must be submitted via email to executiveacademy@ou.edu.
Notice Period (before program start) Refund Amount:
- 30+ days 100% = refund (processing fee may apply)
- 14–29 days 50% = refund (processing fee may apply)
- 13 or fewer days = no refund
Transfer Policy
A one-time transfer to the next program offering is permitted if requested at least 14 days prior to the program start date.
Online Program Access
Once an online program has been accessed or started, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
Company Sponsor Substitutions
Sponsoring organizations may nominate qualified substitutes at no charge up to one week before the program start date. Substitutions requested within one week of the start date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Program Fees
Program fees include tuition, materials, and—for on-campus programs—refreshments and
meals. Lodging is not included; however, hotel information will be provided upon registration. OU Price Executive Academy reserves the right to amend program fees, dates, faculty, or content while maintaining the program’s integrity.
If new dates are not convenient, participants may:
- Transfer enrollment to the next scheduled program
- Substitute a qualified colleague at no additional cost
- Receive a full tuition refund
Program Participation
Access to program materials is provided two to four weeks prior to the program start date once full payment is received.
For virtual programs, participants must have a working computer with a webcam and microphone to ensure full engagement in class discussions.
Participants are expected to attend all sessions and complete all coursework to earn a certificate of completion. “Full participation” allows for up to three absences for our 13-week program. If extenuating circumstances arise, please contact your Program Manager. Exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Processing Fees
Processing fees may apply for cancellations, refunds, or payment method changes. These typically range from $50–$150 to cover processing fees.
Participant Agreement
Registration in a Price Executive Academy program indicates acknowledgment and agreement to the policies outlined above.
