Bailey Walker

State President, The American Indian Chamber of Commerce

Bailey Walker, a citizen of The Chickasaw Nation, holds the position of State President for the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma and is the Director of Tribal Relations for Tribal Diagnostics LLC, a native-owned laboratory dedicated to improving health outcomes for the 574 Tribal Nations and the underserved communities in Oklahoma and Nationally.

Bailey earned his B.S. in Entrepreneurship from East Central University in 2012, equipping him with the knowledge and skills to support minority business owners. He is an accredited Master Business Consultant with the AASBC organization and holds a Gaming Management Certification from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Walker's experience also includes serving as the Preferred Vendor Program Coordinator for the Chickasaw Nation, advocating for vendors looking to do business with the Chickasaw Nation and other tribal nations. Additionally, during his tenure in the Commerce Department for the Chickasaw Nation, he played a key role in launching a subsidiary company, expanding into Native American markets for Gaming Services, Expansions, and Casino Development opportunities, aligning with the Chickasaw Nation's growth strategy.

As President/CEO of Four Winds Strategy Group LLC, a consulting group that fosters lead generation and integration for opportunities within Oklahoma and abroad for minority-owned businesses. This work extends globally, collaborating with First Nations in Australia and Canada.

Bailey Walker's dedication to small business for the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma spans over 13 years, serving in various roles and in his 7th term as the State President.

In 2016, he took on the challenge of helping a group of native professionals to establish the first-ever Leadership Native Oklahoma, a program aimed at nurturing future leaders in tribal governments, commerce, and sovereignty.

Notably, Mr. Walker contributed to the Governor's Minority Business Council of Oklahoma, a program focused on promoting legislation and advocacy for native and minority-owned companies, furthering his commitment to diversity and inclusion in commerce.

In March 2024, Bailey joined the Grey Snow Management Solutions Board of Directors with the Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska. The Grey Snow Companies are tribally-owned small businesses that offer solutions for renewable energy systems, fiber communications, technology services, and regenerative agriculture.

Bailey Walker has been honored for the 2017 REI “Advocate of the Year” for native & minority business, The Powerlist-The Journal Record’s 2021 Native American Leaders in Business, and the 2023 REI Dream Big Oklahoma “Minority Business Partner of the Year”.
