Lacy Blanton

Vice President Manager of Employee Relations, BancFirst

Lacy Blanton is the Vice President and Employee Relations Manager for BancFirst. She has her SHRM-SCP Certification and over 12 years of human resources experience.

Lacy began her career in the financial industry bringing with her an additional 10 years of experience. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Delta State University. She is a member of Oklahoma City Human Resources Society (OCHRS) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Lacy spends time facilitating resume writing, LinkedIn and cover letter writing classes for students at multiple educational institutions in Oklahoma City. She and her family (husband and 2 daughters) moved to Oklahoma City just over 4 years ago and have enjoyed making it their home.
