Chris G. Thomas is a senior executive leader with over 20 years of experience driving transformational results in technology, retail, energy and banking technology sectors. He is currently servicing as President and COO for an Industry Leading Commercial Property and Restoration Management Company located in Nashville, Tennessee. In his previous role as Co-Chief Executive Officer at Paycom Software, Chris led key strategic initiatives that improved employee engagement, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency during a time of hyper-growth.
Prior to his role at Paycom, Chris held various leadership positions at Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores, where he spearheaded technology-driven solutions to enhance customer loyalty and accelerate product development timelines. His early entrepreneurial experience as the owner and operator of Agile Insulation Services further showcases his ability to scale businesses from the ground up.
Chris holds a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.
