What is the Listening Tour?
The Listening Tour is part of a broader research and business development project designed to delve into the minds of top leaders across various industries. By engaging directly with HR and Leadership professionals, Price Executive Academy aims to capture insights on change management, innovation, and other critical business topics. These valuable conversations will enable the Academy to fine-tune its offerings, crafting resources that resonate with today’s dynamic leadership demands.
The insights gained will fuel the creation of practical resources, such as articles, whitepapers, and training programs, positioning the Price Executive Academy as a leading source for evidence-based leadership development. This approach not only benefits the Academy's program development but also strengthens its standing as a trusted advisor for organizations focused on impactful leadership.
Deliverables and Methodology
A core component of this research project is a targeted Qualtrics survey containing six questions. These questions are crafted to probe the challenges and metrics related to leading successful change initiatives, tapping into the real-world experiences of leaders. Sample questions include:
- In your experience, what is the most common reason change initiatives fail in your organization or industry?
- How do you evaluate or measure the success of leaders in driving and sustaining change within your organization?
The survey will be distributed digitally and conducted in-person or via Zoom, allowing flexibility for leaders to share their experiences in a format that best suits their preferences. The research is ongoing, with new surveys being carried out as the Academy expands its footprint in additional markets.
