Jessica began her career in New York City’s fashion industry, where she spent more than five years thriving in fast-paced, competitive roles that demanded innovation, adaptability, and results under pressure. These early experiences strengthened her creativity, organization and client service skills.
She later relocated to Oklahoma City, transitioning into program management at a large software company. There, she oversaw major product releases that impacted more than 35,000 clients worldwide and became known for bridging technical teams, leadership and customers, successfully translating complex initiatives.
Her reputation for driving operational excellence while keeping the client experience at the center of every initiative shapes the expertise she brings to the Executive Academy. As Program Manager, she oversees impactful participant experiences focused on knowledge, confidence and connection. Jessica earned her undergraduate degree in Textile and Apparel Management from the University of Missouri.
