Chris Hoppe is the first full-time Partner for Excel Search and Advisory's Collegiate Practice, helping universities hire and develop athletic leadership, while also consulting with Huron Consulting Group and co-developing AD Insights, a data and analytics platform for athletic directors. With over two decades of Division I experience, including serving as Deputy Athletic Director at the University of Pittsburgh overseeing a $120M ACC department, he has also held leadership roles at Eastern Michigan, Robert Morris, and San Diego State.
